Everything made from scratch. THAT'S US! We specialize in Jamaican cuisine, cheesecakes (dairy and non-dairy), and a few gluten-free desserts. We have a line of Jamaican jerk seasonings and condiments to include a dry and wet marinade, an all-purpose seasoning, a jerk barbecue sauce, and jerk garlic aioli.
We will meet expectations by providing the most authentic, from scratch dishes and the most decadent cheesecakes from our kitchen.
Majurie's Kitchen is a black and veteran owned catering service. After retiring from the United States Air Force, I graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu.
While in school and after graduating, I worked in a few restaurants but found that it was too demanding. I then pursued a degree in Cybersecurity but eventually went back to my first love, cooking.
I began with baking cheesecakes and making gluten free desserts. Our family has a love for Jamaican cuisine and ventured to many different restaurants in our area. We were searching for the authentic flavors that we know and love but could not find it. So, we decided to extend our business to creating authentic Jamaican dishes.
In 2021 Majurie’s Kitchen LLC was born! Our mission is to add a little spice to your life while bringing a piece of Jamaica to everyone's home.
***ALLERGY DISCLAIMER***
Due to having gluten allergies we cannot use wheat flour in our kitchen. Everything made with flour, will be gluten-free. As for premade foods containing gluten (graham crackers, cookies, pasta, etc...), we will use but will keep separate from foods that are gluten-free. If there are any nut, dairy, or gluten allergies, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs.
